Billing questions
Do I pay before I see anything?
You top up your wallet first. After that, each paid step shows its price and runs only when you approve it. You pay $30 to unlock an ad once it's finished and you want the files.
What's in an unlock?
You get five exports of that ad in every size, available for 30 days from when you unlock it.
Is the free unlock on every top-up?
No. The Starter top-up includes one free ad unlock. You can buy it once per workspace and once per app.
Can I top up other amounts?
Yes. Top-ups of $10, $25 and $50 add that amount to your wallet.
Who handles payment?
Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle runs checkout, sends your receipt and handles sales tax and VAT.
Can prices change?
Yes. The price shown before you confirm a payment or approve a step is the one you pay.
